Delivery to the Seattle area / State of Washington: We are located in Kirkland, WA. Local pickup is always welcome free of charge. Delivery to the Seattle is free, but outside the metro area, delivery will be an additional fee. Please contact for quote.
Shipping to the continental U.S. (excluding Hawaii and Alaska):
Please contact for quote. Turnaround time for Ready to Ship items is 1-2 weeks.
Shipping costs vary depending on location. If you have stairs, elevators, ferries or additional situations involved with delivery, please inform us prior to shipping arrangements, as this may increase delivery charge. Any extra charges resulting from nondisclosure of these situations will be paid for by the buyer at time of delivery and may result in rescheduling delivery. It is the responsibility of the buyer to coordinate with shipping company once shipping method is determined and item has been picked up by carrier. All shipping companies work independently from The Refurb. All shipping charges for delivery and/or return are responsibility of buyer. The Refurb is not responsible for any damage occurred during transit. In the unlikely event of damage, the buyer will need to notify the shipper at time of delivery, send photos to The Refurb and all packing material saved. The Refurb will assist with any insurance claim and return.
Your shipping quote includes one small business private shipper to safely hand-deliver your piece to the ground floor/foyer of your home. If stairs are needed, you must pay the shipper additional cost and have at least one additional person for help.
We partner with some amazing, independent contracted shippers, that being said most of them travel alone. Shippings rates included ground floor/ foyer delivery. If you desire to have your piece placed in a specific room, or upstairs, you must have someone there upon arrival to assist with moving and pay additional cost to the shipper.
Once your piece is picked up and securely blanket wrapped, the shipper will be your main point of contact for receiving. We try to remain in close contact with our clients, but sometimes routes change for a variety of reasons causing delays or different arrival dates. These shippers are on tight timelines and can usually NOT reschedule. Please have a neighbor or family member on- deck if for any reason you cannot meet the shipper.
